Married, has three children. Mr. Yakov Dor made his aliyah to Israel, Beer Sheva in 1979. Finished Makif Vav Beer Sheva High School. Education: a BA in Industrial Engineering and Management from Sami Shamoon College of Engineering and a MA in Public Administration from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Besides, Mr. Yakov Dor has a Practical Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technological College of Beer Sheva. Graduate of an Investment Portfolio Consultation and Management Course, along with a course for directors of public companies, from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Mr. Yakov Dor began working at the college in 1997, immediately after finishing his Practical Engineering Course in the Technological College of Beer Sheva. Since then, he has taken on various responsibilities while continuing his studies. Finally, the circle was completed, Mr. Yakov Dor was appointed as General Director of the Technological College of Beer Sheva, the place where he had started his studies.
At the beginning of his career in the Technological College of Beer Sheva, Mr. Yakov Dor used to run a branch of the college in Even Shmuel (near Kiryat Gat). The branch mainly focused on professional development of the Intel Corporation staff. In 2011 Mr. Yakov Dor assumed his functions as Deputy Director of the college. In this capacity he was responsible for directing the college’s Marketing and Recruitment arrangements as well as promoting industry-oriented projects. He oversaw the Students Administration. Besides, he was in charge of computerizing and technological advancement of the college.
In addition, Mr. Yakov Dor served as the National Coordinator in the Forum of Technological Colleges and is a former member of the Beer Sheva City Council. At the same time, he taught and supervised projects at a number of higher education institutions. Mr. Yakov Dor is one of the leaders among the fellow directors of Technological Colleges. He made a great contribution to the development and advancement of the Technological College of Beer Sheva.
CPA Aviva Didi

Single, has a child. Finished Sadot Negev High School. Aviva Didi has been a Beer Sheva resident since 1984. Education: a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
CPA Aviva Didi has extensive experience in management of non-profit organizations. She began working at the college in 1998 as an accountant. Since then, she has carried out various financial and administrative tasks.
In 2012 she became the Head of the Financial Department of the TCB. Being responsible for the promotion and further development of the department, she introduced innovations and adopted the most advanced computer technologies meeting the needs of the department.
In her new position as a Deputy General Manager, Aviva Didi will keep supervising financial management, HR management, Procurement and Logistics in the Technological College of Beer Sheva.
